Each team member sets their own personal goal and selects a monthly challenge that aligns with their fitness level and interests.

Every mile logged by a team member contributes to both their personal achievement and the overall group goal. Together, the team can aim for ambitious targets, such as covering the distance around the UK or linking multiple office locations.

Optional leaderboards add a competitive element, allowing team members to see how they rank among their colleagues.

Team members can join internal teams to compete against other groups within the organisation, encouraging camaraderie and healthy competition.

The team’s collective progress is tracked on an interactive map, helping everyone visualise the journey they’re on together.

Participation rewards are optional and can include medals and trophies. These can be personalised to reflect your company’s branding or specific achievements, providing a unique and motivating way to recognise efforts.

For every participant, we plant a tree or remove 50 plastic bottles from the ocean, allowing your team to contribute positively to the environment.

At then end of each challenge, your team receives a personalised report that includes key insights, such as the percentage of team members who experienced improved mental health.
