When logged into your Race At Your Pace account, you can record and submit your evidence at any time! If you’d like to see your challenge progress in your account just hit Add Progress after each workout to update your account. If you prefer to submit your evidence all at once that’s still possible too, just upload your files when you’re ready!
Firstly, be sure to check your Challenges tab! If the challenge month hasn’t started, you’ll find your challenges in the Upcoming tab.
If they aren’t there, please Sign Out and Sign back into the app. This lets the app refresh it’s data and should then show your challenges.
If your challenges still aren’t showing after this, please contact us.
You’ll need to create a new account on our brand new platform. Simply click here and click Create an Account.
On the login screen, you can either sign in with a social account (Facebook, Google, or Apple) or click Sign Up to sign up with your email address.
If you already have an account, click Login instead!
If you’d like to take full advantage of the new Race At Your Pace app, including the ability to track your progress and add evidence at any time, you’ll need to sign up for an account.
Make sure to use the same email address when you sign up that you did when joining a challenge as a guest. When you do, your challenge(s) will automatically appear in your new account!
Guest users will be emailed on the 25th of the challenge month with a unique link to provide their evidence and mark their challenges as complete.
This link can be used at any time for that specific challenge. You’ll receive one link per challenge if you’ve signed up to multiple challenges and will need to complete the form once for each challenge.
Find your current challenge in the Challenges tab. Click the More button (…) next to the challenge you wish to change, and select either Change My Challenge or Change My Distance.
Select your new challenge or distance and confirm it to change things.

Enter your distance in miles, the date, and attach any screenshots you have using the Upload Evidence button.
Then click Save and you’re all done!

Not a problem! Firstly, ask your friend to sign up for their own account on the Race At Your Pace app.
When this is done, please contact us letting us know your account email address, their account email address, and which profile they are on your account.
We’ll then be able to transfer over any of their past or existing challenges.
Of course! As long as you’ve completed your challenge distance, you don’t have to upload the evidence.
You’ll need to mark your challenge as complete in our app. To do this, find your challenge in the Challenges tab and click the More button (…) next to it.
Select ‘Complete My Challenge’ from the options. Confirm that you completed it and press Submit!
Make sure to check your junk mail for the confirmation email as, sadly, they can often end up in there. Be sure to add info@raceatyourpace to your safe senders list to prevent this in future!
Sometimes the confirmation emails can get stuck. Please allow up to 2 hours for the email to arrive. If it still hasn’t, please Contact Us and we’ll take a look!
If you have ordered the wrong shirt size, please contact us to make amendments.

Recording evidence is easy! You can continue to use your tracker of choice whether that’s a Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch or any other phone app – whatever works for you! And upload your miles using the Add Progress button within Challenges.

We’ll need to know that you’ve finished adding evidence to your challenge and want to mark is as complete. To do this, find your challenge in the Challenges tab and click the More button (…) next to it.
Select ‘Complete My Challenge’ from the options. Confirm that you completed it and press Submit!
We start shipping medals from the 25th of the challenge month. From this date, medals for the UK will be delivered within 5 days, or 10 days for international deliveries.
If you complete your challenge early in the month, your medal will be shipped on the 25th. If you do complete early, why not consider increasing your distance and pushing towards an even greater goal instead! You can log in here to do so!

The way our challenges work is simple! First, select the challenge you’d like to take part in. We have running, walking, cycling, swimming, stepping and wheelchair challenges available every month. Next, choose distance you would like to aim for and then, go for it! You have the whole month to complete your challenge anywhere in the world, entirely at your pace!
There are no set times, and no problem if you aren’t able to squeeze in the miles on a busy day. You complete your month’s challenge as and when you want!
You have the entire calendar month to complete your challenge, right up until the very last day!
The suggested size guide is below. Please bear in mind the shirts are compression tops and are designed to have a tight fit.

You can now have your medal personalized with your exact distance for the month!
For example, if you entered a standard 50 mile challenge and completed this by covering 56 miles we would send your medal with 50 miles on it. However, if you had opted for distance personalization we would engrave the medal with your actual total distance!
Not only can you have your medal engraved with your challenge distance for the month, but you can now have this on your compression shirt too!
Whichever challenge you’re taking part in, you can choose to have your month and challenge distance put on your compression shirt! Your shirt will always be the same distance as on your medal and feature a design to match too. Click here to see this month’s design and don’t forget to add yours to your entry!
If you’d like to do this that isn’t a problem at all. We suggest that you enter the challenge that you will cover the most miles doing though, as your medal will reflect this :)
It’s absolutely fine to submit your evidence in KM if that works best for you! Just make sure your total in KM is more than or equal to your challenge in miles.

You have the entire month to complete all of our challenges!
They absolutely can! Under 16s can take part in run, walk, cycle, swim, step and wheelchair challenges, with distances selected especially for them! Click here to find out more!
We know that many children aren’t able to record the miles they cover, but if they want to keep track of their progress they can print and color in their very own tracker, with a different design each month! Click here to get yours!
Please note that if you opt for a personalised distance medal for your child you will need to complete an evidence form – the medal won’t be sent automatically. We won’t require evidence files but we will need to know your child’s total miles to be engraved on their medal. We will send the form on the last day of the month.
The monthly compression shirts are sent out at the end of the challenge. All you need to do is let us know if you were able to complete your challenge by marking your challenge as complete, or closing it.
Even if you sign up after 1st of the month, any miles you have covered from the start of the month will count towards your challenge. We always advise you to sign up as early as you can though – we can’t guarantee late entries or challenge availability.
Absolutely! You can enter whichever challenge and whichever distance you like, and this can change each month. If you’d like to walk one month and swim another, that’s fine!
Yes, you can add any optional extras such as a compression top or personalised distance medal to your challenge each month if you’d like to, just add these on the entry form!
You can enter each month’s challenge on the usual entry form. When you reach the checkout, just put your unique code (starting AP) in the coupon code box.
We will email you your code after you have purchased your Annual Pass. It’ll be on your welcome email and will be the same code every month of 2021.
The 2021 Annual Pass is £109.00 for entry to a challenge each month of 2021. The price includes 10% off the January challenge and one month completely free. You’ll also automatically be included in the Loyalty Reward for 2021 too, meaning you’ll receive 2 free medals!
Yes, there is! For under 16s, we have the Kids Annual Pass available. This pass works in exactly the same way as the adult passes, but is for our kids challenges. All the discounts still apply and our younger participants will get a free month, they’ll be included in the Loyalty Reward too! The Kids Annual Pass is £77.00.
