LET'S MOVE MORE AND FEEL BETTER THIS SUMMER!
As part of our 2026 Wellbeing Strategy, we’re excited to launch our very first firm-wide Race At Your Pace challenge. It’s also our first fundraising initiative since the launch of the AG Charitable Foundation earlier in June!
Teams of up to four will take on a minimum target of 160km over one month (celebrating 160 years of AG!) – but don’t stop there… you can absolutely go for the highest distance possible.
Together, we’re aiming for an ambitious 19,000km firm-wide target, which reflects the full virtual journey across all 16 FIFA World Cup 2026 host stadiums in the US, Canada and Mexico – from the opening match in Mexico City to the final at MetLife Stadium.
Whether you choose walking, running, cycling or something entirely your own – every kilometre counts towards your team total and our shared goal.
AG Partners have offered to donate 50p per kilometre (to a maximum of 160km per team) to the AG Charitable Foundation – turning movement into real impact.
Everyone who signs up will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a hot air balloon flight at the Balloon Fiesta on Saturday 8 August (6am)
Let’s move more and feel better this summer, and see how far we can go!
Challenge dates: 29th June – 27th July.

Visit all 16 World Cup host stadiums, discover facts at each stop, and track your progress on the interactive challenge map as you make your way towards the final.
Your adventure ends at MetLife Stadium (New York New Jersey Stadium), where football history will be made.
The only thing left to decide is: who will be playing in the final?

Add any activity you like!

Add progress from any activity you like and it will be added to our points-based leaderboard, created using a weighted system to keep things fair and fun:
- Distance-based activities (like walking, running, cycling) will still contribute to our total miles and points for the leaderboard
- Time-based activities (like yoga, HIIT, or gym sessions) will earn you points on the leaderboard
This makes the challenge more inclusive than ever – however you move, it counts!
Here's how it works:
