This challenge is designed to work for everyone.
You can add progress from any activity you like, making it easier than ever to get involved.
We use a points based leaderboard with a weighted system to keep things fair and fun:
• distance-based activities (like walking, running, cycling) contribute to our total miles and leaderboard points
• time-based activities (like yoga, HIIT, or gym sessions) earn points on the leaderboard
However you choose to move, it all counts – and every bit of progress helps the team go further.

Track your progress
Log your activity easily through the app or website. Your movement automatically updates your personal progress and contributes to the overall challenge distance. Download the app to connect to your fitness apps to automatically update your progress!

It is likely you’ve logged into the app using a different email address to the one used to register.

I’m not receiving the code to sign in to the app
This usually means the eamil has been filtered into your junk or spam folder by your organisation’s email system.

How do I add my progress?
Once your challenge begins please click “Add Progress” and you’ll be able to sync to a tracker or enter your steps/miles/km manually.
Can I change my personal goal?
Yes, you can do this in the app by clicking “Change goal”
