Add any activity you like!

In a change from our last challenge, you can now add progress from any activity you like
We’ve also introduced a points-based leaderboard, using a weighted system to keep things fair and fun:
- Distance-based activities (like walking, running, cycling) will still contribute to our total miles and points for the leaderboard
- Time-based activities (like yoga, HIIT, or gym sessions) will earn you points on the leaderboard
This makes the challenge more inclusive than ever – however you move, it counts!

Choose a distance that suits you. Whether you’re just getting started or already active, this challenge is about building sustainable habits that work for you.
Track your progress
Log your activity easily through the app or website. Your movement automatically updates your personal progress and contributes to the overall challenge distance. If you download the app you can connect to your fitness apps to automatically update your progress!

It is likely you’ve logged into the app using a different email address to the one used to register.
Please sign out and sign back in using the same email address you used to sign up.

I’m not receiving the code to sign in to the app
This usually means the email has been filtered into your junk or spam folder by your organisation’s email system.
Please have a quick check of your junk/spam folder – it’s often there.

How do I add my progress?
Once your challenge begins please click “Add Progress” and you’ll be able to sync to a tracker or enter your steps/miles/km manually.
Can I change my personal goal?
Yes, you can do this in the app by clicking “Change goal”
