Welcome to Peri Women
STARTS 1ST SEPTEMBER
Get moving. Feel stronger. Find your spark again.
Join Jade and a supportive community of women over 40, running and moving in any way, together for their fitness, mental health and happiness!
Whatever your pace, you’re welcome here. 💜
Movement is medicine!
Life gets busy and motivation comes and goes – we get it.
Go for a walk. Do 10 minutes of stretching. Swim, dance, cycle or try something completely new. Move in whatever way feels right for you.
There’s no pressure to be the fastest, go the furthest or keep up with anyone else. Simply move your way and celebrate every bit of progress along the way.
More motivation. More connection. More reasons to move.
Move in your way
Walk, run, dance, stretch or play – how you move is completely up to you! Connect your fitness device and log your activity, watch your progress grow and celebrate every moment you get moving.
Build your streak
Move each day and watch your streak grow. It’s a simple little push to keep showing up – even when motivation is low.
Earn coins for moving
Every day you move, you earn coins. Keep collecting them and exchange them for vouchers.
You’re rewarded simply for getting out and moving!
Find your mum friends
Connect with people who are going through the same stage of life. Share your walks, swap encouragement and find the people who just get it.
Join in your way
Post in the social feed, cheer other mums on or quietly follow along. You can be as involved as you want to be.
Take part in competitions
Join friendly competitions, complete fun challenges and discover even more ways to stay motivated and keep moving!
A medal for every step you made count
When you join, you can choose to add an optional medal personalised with the number of miles you complete!
We’ll deliver it after the challenge – a lasting reminder of every step you took and everything you achieved.
The challenge starts 1st September
The event has started!
Ready to make your move?
You don’t have to move far. You don’t have to move fast. And you don’t need to be “fit” to begin.
You just have to start.
Move in your own way, meet people who’ll support you and enjoy a little extra motivation to do something positive for yourself.
Come and join us – every move counts.
