Each challenge lasts for one calendar month, starting on 1st – no matter what day of the week it is! You have until the last day of the month to hit your challenge goal in as many or few sessions as you like.

For UK participants, entry for the run, walk, bike, swim, step, wheelchair and multi-activity challenges is just £14.95, including your medal and P&P. You can add any extras such as a compression top or personalised distance medal to your entry on the entry form. For overseas participants there is a £6.50 charge to cover international postage.

Medal-Free entry is £6.95.

We start despatching medals towards the end of the challenge. We’ll send you an email to let you know when yours is on its way!

Medals for the UK will usually be delivered within 5 days, or 10 days for international deliveries.

If you complete your challenge early in the month, your medal will still be sent towards the end of the challenge month. If you do complete early, remember you can increase your distance if you’d like to! Just log into your account to make the change.

If it’s been over the estimated delivery time and you still don’t have your medal simply get in touch with our friendly team and they can look into it for you.

If you’d like to change your challenge type send us a quick message and we’ll be able to do that for you.

If you’d just like to change your distance though, you can do this in your app. It takes seconds!

Your challenge will be under current in the challenges tab. If the challenge month hasn’t started though, your challenge will be under upcoming.

If you’re logged into your account and you still can’t see your challenge it is likely that you’ve signed in using a different email address to the one you used when you entered the challenge.

Simply log out and back in again, ensuring you use the email address you entered the challenge using. We will have sent you a confirmation email when you entered, so check your inbox and you’ll know which address we have!

To make the most of your Race At Your Pace challenge, you’ll need to create an account.

It takes no time at all to do and once you’re in you’ll be able to see your challenge, change to your distance, add progress, and watch your total grow! If you’re taking part in a corporate challenge you’ll need an account to see your team and company leaderboards, and also where you are on the map.

If you’ve already entered a challenge as a guest then just ensure you use the same email address when you sign up that you did when joining your challenge. When you do, your challenge will automatically appear in your app!

We have three Annual Passes available for you; a UK one, an international one and our Medal-Free Pass.

UK Annual Pass: £164.00

Each pass gives you to entry to one challenge each month of the year. You’ll also receive your bonus free Loyalty Reward medal at the end of the year engraved with your personal miles total – even with the Medal-Free pass! If you’ve already entered any challenges in the pass year, the price of these will be automatically discounted from your Annual Pass price.

They absolutely can! Anyone of any age can take on one of our challenges.

If the given distances aren’t quite right for your son or daughter, you could choose to add on a personalised distance medal to the challenge. With this option we’ll engrave their actual final total on the medal, not just the challenge distance. You can add this on to any challenge type when you enter.
