2. Complete it your way

You’ve got the entire month to hit your goal – and how you get there is entirely up to you! Log miles little by little, mix up your activities or complete them in one. However you choose to move, it all counts!

3. Track your progress

Log your activity using our free app or online dashboard. You can sync with your favourite fitness apps like Fitbit, Strava, Garmin or Apple Health – or simply track your progress any other way and upload it manually. Choose whichever method works best for you and add progress in – it takes seconds!
