The way this challenge works is simple; choose your daily step target and cover those steps every day of your challenge month! You can keep a record of your steps on our handy tracker that you can download here, and this works perfectly as your evidence too!

Challenges start from 1,000 steps a day and on completion you will receive your very own step challenge medal. The designs of these change every month and have your daily step target displayed!
