Once that’s done, you’re ready to go! Just complete your miles over the course of the month walking as and when you can, at a pace that suits you.
It’s entirely up to you which miles you include, some like to include all the miles they cover each day, whereas others only count the distance covered on specifics walks. Whichever you choose, opt for a distance that is challenging, yet achievable – you can do it!
