1. Choose your challenge

Your team can take part in whatever way suits them! Participants can complete the challenge through any form of exercise they enjoy, or, if you prefer, it can be focused on a specific activity such as steps only. Each person sets their own personal goal, while every mile, step, or activity also contributes to your group’s total.

2. We’ll handle the setup

We’ll ask you a few quick questions, then take care of everything from there. Your challenge will be fully customised to suit your team, your goals, and your preferences. Challenges typically last for one month, but custom durations are available.

You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager throughout the setup and beyond – there to make this easy from start to finish.

We’ll create your company’s challenge and provide everything you need to promote it internally. All you need to do is share it with your team!

3. Your team takes part

Once your challenge is live, your team can start logging their activity using our easy-to-use app or website.

Everyone takes part at their own pace, logging miles through our platform using Apple Health, Fitbit, Strava, Garmin, or manual entry. Whether it’s a lunchtime walk, a gym session, or a weekend bike ride, it all counts!

The experience is flexible, inclusive, and designed to keep everyone engaged – no matter their fitness level.

4. Celebrate the achievement

Recognition matters – and we make it meaningful!

You can choose to reward your team with optional medals or trophies, which can be personalised to reflect your company’s branding and your team’s achievements.

We also offer a simple way to give back: for every participant, we’ll either plant a tree or remove 30 plastic bottles from the ocean – turning your team’s efforts into something even bigger.
